Hot-desking

The quiet working space for postdocs is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday.

There are 15 hot-desks and monitors available.

Please fill out our online induction to request access. We will contact you by email once we have reviewed this and added access to your card remotely.  Please wait for the email confirmation before attempting to gain access, unless you are visiting our centre for another reason. 

Card activations can be requested from 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 4pm on Fridays.

Postdocs at University Partner Institutes will be issued with a temporary access card.

Quiet Booths

We have four quiet booths at Eddington, which provide a space for postdocs to take calls or join online meetings.

These are available at the discretion of the Postdoc Academy as they are located inside the Multi-Function Space.

You can book to use a booth, up to two weeks in advance, using the Postdoc Centre Booking Form.
