Hot-desking

The quiet working space for postdocs is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday.

There are 14 hot-desks and monitors available.

Once you complete the online induction, your card access will be arranged remotely and confirmed via an email from the centres team. If you are interested in a short tour of the space after access has been confirmed, please come to the reception during open hours (9:00-17:00 Mon-Thurs, 9:00-16:00 Fridays) to request one.

Postdocs at University Partner Institutes will be issued with a temporary access card.

Quiet Booths

We have four quiet booths at Eddington, which provide a space for postdocs to take calls or join online meetings.

These are available at the discretion of the Postdoc Academy as they are located inside the Multi-Function Space.

You can book to use a booth, up to two weeks in advance, using the Postdoc Centre Booking Form.
