Postdoc Academy

 

The Postdoc Centre @ Biomedical Campus offers free meeting rooms to postdocs, including a 10-seat committee room, a 25-seat seminar room, and a multi-purpose space for up to 40 people. 

The Postdoc Centre is available to postdocs for events related to their professional development. This may include research seminars, postdoc committee meetings and training events.

The Postdoc Academy also encourages the use of the spaces for networking and social events that bring together the postdoc community.

There is a lounge area to take a break and have the opportunity to meet up with fellow postdocs from across the University. You can also drop in to use the Newman Library as a quiet working space when there are no events taking place.

If you wish to have regular access to the Postdoc Centre @ Biomedical Campus you must complete a short online induction - please email to arrange.

 

3rd and 4th year School of Clinical Medicine PhD students may request regular access to the Postdoc Centre and can follow the same process to complete the induction and book rooms online. If you have any questions please email .
