Resistance Band Blast is coming to the Eddington Postdoc Centre as part of the Active Staff Programme from Tuesday 16 July.
Free to attend for any University of Cambridge staff member, this 45-minute class will be the perfect mix of strength, stability and mobility.
To book, please visit the Cam Uni Sport App and select Active Staff. Please note, before you can make a booking, you'll need to register as a free Pay as you Train member of the Sports Centre.
Classes will take place Tuesdays 12:15 - 1pm in Sanders Hall.
