The Research Culture Steering Committee is a new committee of the University, and they are seeking a postdoc representative.
The committee is tasked with developing a strategy for improving research culture at Cambridge, which will include diverse areas such as reward and recognition, career pathways, EDI, bullying and harassment, open access and research integrity.
Research Culture is a high profile agenda for the University and within the sector, and this is an opportunity to work with a committed group and influence a range of policies and activities both at Cambridge and across the UK University sector.
