Postdoc Academy

Our new podcast series showcases former Cambridge postdocs to shed light on how they maximised their time to learn and develop while working in the University.

They offer their stories and tips on preparing to transition onto new roles and opportunities, and how to cope with the unexpected.

In this first episode Hannah Fromageau (Senior Researcher Development Associate) speaks to Pahini Pandya, who worked as a postdoc in the MRC Cancer Unit, about her career journey from Cambridge postdoc to Co-founder and CEO of Panakeia Technologies.

In episode two, Nicole Horst (Researcher Development Associate) speaks to Emma Cahill, a former postdoc from the Department of Psychology and current Lecturer in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, about her strategic approach to making the most of the opportunities that arose whilst she was a postdoc in Cambridge.
