Liz Simmonds, Assistant Head of the Postdoc Academy, will be taking part in an international workshop next week to discuss the problems with the current system of peer review and what can be done to solve them.
To help this discussion, we're asking postdocs to send a short sentence or two outlining the one thing you would change about the peer review system and why.
