The next round will be in September, with applications opening in June 2025.
The mentoring scheme runs over 9 months, where you’ll have several meetings with a mentor who will help you make the most of your time as a postdoc.
They’ll work with you to highlight and work towards your long-term goals, drawing from their expansive experience in either industry, academia, or further afield. Your conversations will be driven by you, your needs, and your ambitions.

Are you interested in being a mentor?
We’re always keen to expand our selection of available mentors, with as wide a range of experience and disciplines as possible that would be of interest to postdocs.
If you’re coming from outside academia, perhaps you have management experience or have worked your way up through various positions in your industry. If you’re coming from within academia, ideally you’d have either teaching or research experience and be at the level of Senior Research Associate (or equivalent).
