The aim is to help you establish protective habits to optimise your focus and quality recovery moments, and manage difficult thoughts.
We'll be launching the initiative with a 50-minute session on 22 January 2024, where you'll find out about the series, as well as plan your calendar for the week ahead to include dedicated focus hours and restorative breaks.
After this, you'll have access to a range of mini drop-in sessions over the next 4 weeks.
