Do you want a say in shaping University processes to better support professional growth, career development and research culture at Cambridge?
The Staff Review & Development (SRD) Advisory Group is seeking postdocs from all disciplines to contribute their ideas and experiences to a consultation. If appointed, you will have the potential to influence change for future postdocs at Cambridge.
This review will also consider how SRD aligns with the new Academic Career Pathway for Researchers (ACP(R)), which is launching in the 2025-26 academic year.
The advisory group is open to University of Cambridge postdocs from any discipline.
To have your voice heard, you must commit to attending both virtual 90-minute meetings in mid-November and January (dates tbc).
