The German Scholars Organization is calling for applications for 25 fellowships for German-speaking academics abroad who are interested in returning to Germany.
The fellowship programme combines two elements:
- professional preparation for assuming positions of responsibility in the German science and research landscape, as well as in other sectors
- systematic career planning, personal development and support.
This is complemented by individual career coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Researchers in any discipline are eligible, provided they have the minimum status of a postdoc (or comparable), currently conduct research outside of Germany, are looking to return to Germany in the short- or medium-term, and have a very good knowledge of German language.
The application deadline is 28 March 2022.
