Employee Value Proposition (EVP) encompasses the benefits and rewards that an employer can offer to its employees. A postdoc representative is needed to join a new working group focused on EVP.
The purpose of the EVP working group is to develop the EVP strategy for the University. The first meeting of the group will take place over summer 2024. The postdoc representative must be employed by the University of Cambridge.
