The University's consultation on the draft Mutual Respect and Grievance Policies has opened and postdocs are encouraged to submit their thoughts by 31 May.
This work was undertaken in response to the findings of several University surveys and prioritised as part of the COVID-19 Recovery Plan in August 2020.
The University is now conducting a new consultation on these draft policies, so please take the opportunity to read them and offer your views.
You don’t need to respond to all of it and can simply respond to the sections you want to.
You are encouraged to submit your views by 5:30pm on Tuesday 31 May.
