Does your research group deserve recognition for the work they do? Has your PI made a positive impact you’d like to share?
Take a few minutes to nominate them for the 2024 Research Culture Celebration, taking place at the Kettle’s Yard on 30 September.
Categories include:
- leadership
- concern for professional development
- recognition and reward
- wellbeing management and support
- and inclusive practice
The Research Culture Celebration is part of the Action Research on Research Culture (ARRC), and is interested in representing the experiences, identities, and expectations of researchers at Cambridge. Your nomination helps recognise the contributions of colleagues, as well as presenting a wider picture of the research culture at Cambridge.
Are you an early career researcher? Tell the ARRC team about your individual research journey so far! Respond to a short writing prompt for Your Research, Your Voice and receive a £5, £10 or £20 voucher as a thank you for your time. Open to postdocs and PIs.
Action Research on Research Culture (ARRC) is an international research project led by the University of Cambridge whose aim is to improve the overall research culture at Cambridge. Areas of focus include: the use of narrative CVs, researchers’ professional identities and expectations, and experiences of precarity and redeployment. The project helps inform future guidance and resources that can be used by institutions across the sector.
