The Cambridge Climate Action Coalition is an online forum bringing key local businesses together to promote the sharing of information and ideas, and to foster action supportive of climate change mitigation and adaptation at a local level.
On 22 September, Deloitte, in coordination with Cambridge Zero, will host a series of workshops to encourage the start of these conversations.
They are seeking three junior academics to talk about:
- Sustainable finance tools and products available to businesses – these can include, but are not limited to pensions, sustainable home working and transport, retro-fit homes, green financial products.
- Sustainable transport – similarly, it can include focus on finding sustainable ways to move goods, both B2B and B2C, influencing supply chains, mobility as a service.
They will be able to offer a modest honorarium of £300 for the contribution.
