Registration is now open to attend our exciting virtual course on networking and profile building.
Learn tools for successfully growing and nurturing your networks and put your skills into practice with other UK researchers.
The course consists of six complementary sessions which are designed to be attended as a series.
Sessions are 90 minutes in length and run in pairs (10:30-12:00, and 13:00-14:30), hosted on Zoom.
- Session 1 (15 June): Introduction to the principles of networking
- Session 2 (15 June): Building confidence to network and taking first steps
- Session 3 (22 June): Networking Session hosted on Kumospace
- Session 4 (22 June): Collaboration and partnering
- Session 5 (29 June): Social media for networking (Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Session 6 (29 June): Course wrap-up and guest speaker

The course was created as a collaboration between Queen Mary University London, University of Cambridge, University of Cardiff, University of Glasgow, King’s College London, University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, Queen’s University Belfast, Imperial College London, Portsmouth University, University of Bristol, and Oxford University.
