Resilient Leadership in Action is a unique, nationally-recognised programme offering the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, including finding your own leadership style and learning how to positively influence people towards a shared goal.
With the support of experienced coaches and fellow researchers, you'll gain feedback from across disciplines.
Six spaces are available for Cambridge postdocs, and are allocated on a competitive basis. Postdocs who participated in previous runs of the programme gave this feedback:
"This is leadership training that brings you into the process of leadership during the training ... you learn by doing it."
"I really enjoyed this course and learnt a lot about myself and I would love for others to have the same experience that I did."
"The course helped me to identify behaviours that I can improve when I work as part of a team and become a person who encourages and motivates people."
Deadline: 12pm Friday 10 January
